XR Extreme Reach Announces Addition of Kevin Arrix as Chief Growth Officer

XR Extreme Reach, a global technology company that powers the creative economy, today announced it has appointed industry veteran, Kevin Arrix as its Chief Growth Officer.

Arrix will report to Jo Kinsella, Group President of SourceXR and will spearhead XR’s global creative platform sales. He will be responsible for global revenue teams and growth.

“His seasoned career leading multi-function teams coupled with his strategic focus on driving growth across TV, digital, mobile by using data to drive business value will undoubtedly help us continue to drive our scale in the ecosystem to new heights.”

Prior to joining XR, Arrix was Senior Vice President of DISH Media, overseeing the team responsible for driving ad revenue across DISH, Sling TV and Sling Freestream including Sales, Operations, and all ad tech, data and measurement partnerships.

A seasoned media/ad tech executive with 25+ years of experience, Arrix has a wealth of experience leading multi-function teams and is a recognized thought leader in the various disciplines of TV, digital and mobile advertising.

During his career, Kevin has worked at both large corporate and early-stage organizations and has focused on building and scaling ad revenue businesses. Some of those organizations in addition to DISH Media include Turner Broadcasting and MTV Networks.
