QuoteIQ MCP securely connects a contractor’s QuoteIQ account with the AI assistants they already use, including ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, and other MCP-compatible platforms. Instead of switching between applications and navigating multiple screens, users can ask questions and prepare work using everyday language.
Contractors can use their connected AI assistant to find customers, review account histories, prepare estimates and invoices, check unpaid balances, view schedules, book jobs, create tasks and reminders, manage pipeline activity, review business analytics, monitor inventory, and more.

By remaining founder-owned, the company can continue investing according to the needs of its contractors—not the short-term expectations of outside investors.

The new connector gives supported AI assistants access to 134 tools spanning 21 areas of a subscriber’s QuoteIQ account. The assistant works with live business information rather than relying on generic answers or disconnected data.

QuoteIQ MCP was designed to deliver speed without sacrificing control. Changes prepared by an AI assistant are previewed before being applied and require approval inside QuoteIQ or confirmation within the conversation. Requests are recorded in an audit trail, completed changes can be undone, and connected assistants can be disconnected at any time.
The connector uses secure OAuth authentication with clearly defined read and write permissions. QuoteIQ continues to enforce each subscriber’s existing plan features and account permissions on every request.
Setup takes approximately two minutes. Subscribers copy their secure connector URL from QuoteIQ, add it to a compatible AI assistant, sign in through QuoteIQ, and approve the requested permissions. No API keys or development work are required.
QuoteIQ MCP is included across all QuoteIQ subscription plans, with available tools corresponding to the features included in each plan.
