At Compass, Mehta served as CPO during its transformation into a publicly traded company, where he scaled HR capabilities to meet the needs of a workforce that grew from 1,700 to over 4,000 employees in about a year. He was a member of Bridgewater Associates’ Operating Committee, where he held leadership roles in both investment and HR functions.
