Alzai Health Corp. Provides Update Regarding Marketing Services Agreement with Euro Digital Media

Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – November 2, 2026) – Alzai Health Corp. (TSXV: ALZI) (OTCQB: ALZIF) (FSE: H2F) (the “Company” or “ALZAI”), further to its news release dated August 17, 2026 news release regarding its entry into a marketing services agreement dated August 12, 2026 (the “Services Agreement”) with Euro Digital Media Ltd. (“Euro Digital”) (address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, UK WC2H 9JQ), pursuant to which Euro Digital will provide market awareness and digital marketing services (“Services”) to the Company, announces that the expected term of the Services is four months (and not 12 months as previously disclosed), or budget exhaustion, whichever occurs first. The Services are expected to commence following receipt of TSXV Approval (as defined below), and the Company has agreed to pay Euro Digital a fee of US$425,000, plus any applicable local taxes, for the Services. The fee is payable in a single payment prior to the commencement of the Services.

Under the terms of the Services Agreement, Euro Digital will provide the following Services: create campaigns, ad groups, text ads and display ads, perform detailed keyword research, develop and manage remarketing campaigns, dynamically optimize keyword sets, conduct ongoing bid management, optimize keyword options, coordinate with online advertisers and marketers corresponding to the Company’s online marketing objectives, place display advertisements, and create landing pages for advertising campaigns.

The Company will not issue any securities to Euro Digital as compensation for its marketing services. As of the date hereof, to the Company’s knowledge, Euro Digital, including its principal, does not own any securities of the Company and has an arm’s length relationship with the Company. The Services Agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV Approval”).
