Zocks Launches AI Scheduling Built for the Advisor’s Entire Meeting Workflow

Zocks, the privacy-first AI platform for financial services, announced the launch of Zocks Scheduling, a new feature that automatically books meetings directly from conversations and emails, then connects every booking to the preparation, notes, and follow-up related to the meeting.

Most advisors manage meeting logistics across several disconnected tools: a scheduling link, a calendar, an email inbox, and a CRM. Zocks Scheduling brings it all together and coordinates what happens before, during, and after a booking in a single automated workflow.

Zocks Scheduling analyzes the details of a client meeting or email, then automatically proposes the next booking. It matches the booking to the context: a ready-to-send invite if a client specifies a time during the conversation; or, a link to a pre-filled booking page for the client to choose, if they don’t.

Advisors can also turn client insights across their entire book into meetings, in one intuitive workflow. For example, they can ask Zocks, “Which clients have RMDs that haven’t been taken?” Zocks identifies the matching clients and automatically sends scheduling links.

The booking triggers more than a calendar entry. It seamlessly draws on Zocks intelligence from past client conversations, as well as relevant data from CRM, planning tools, and other connected systems, to build a one-page meeting preparation summary. It also instantly drafts meeting notes and initiates follow-up action items once the meeting ends.

The result is less time spent coordinating and more time spent with clients. Client comments that used to slip through the cracks, like a mention that they’d like to regroup, are immediately acted on. And new prospects move to a first meeting faster without the back-and-forth that slows momentum.

Additional capabilities include:

  • Firm-wide Controls: Firms can configure meeting types, availability, and approval flows once, and then every advisor inherits them. Delegation controls enable other team members to book on an advisor’s behalf, with a full audit trail across every booking.
  • New Contact Booking: Advisors can send a booking to anyone, including a referral who isn’t yet a CRM contact, directly from an email, text, or LinkedIn message, with no setup required.
  • Reminders and Rescheduling: Advisors or firms can set reminder sequences by meeting type, and clients can reschedule with one click.

“We built Zocks Scheduling to turn the intent to meet into an actual meeting the moment it comes up,” said Mark Gilbert, CEO and Co-founder of Zocks. “Every booking builds on the client intelligence we’ve already captured and automatically carries that intelligence into every step that follows, from meeting prep to follow-up, and updates to other systems. Advisors get back the hours they used to spend stitching those pieces together manually, giving them more time to focus on clients.”
