What are the precautions for aluminum profiles in the stretching process?

1. Stretching must be cooled to below 50 degrees in the aluminum alloy profile can be moved to the stretching frame for stretching operation, the temperature is too high, that is, stretching will not only burn the human body, scald the wool top, but also because it can not completely eliminate the internal stress of the aluminum alloy profile and before and after the aging of the absolute waste products such as twists, twisting, and poor function.  

2. The control of the stretching amount is at the mercy of 1%, and it should be noted that if the stretching amount is too high, the head, middle and tail scale errors will occur, and the appearance of water-striped twist (fish scale) marks, low elongation, high hardness and brittleness (low plasticity). Too low tensile amount will make the compressive strength and hardness of the profile low, and even the aging (quenching) can not improve the hardness, and the profile is easy to arc and twist (commonly known as big knife bending).

3. In order to control the tensile deformation and the scale change of the whole profile very well, it is necessary to choose the appropriate special clamp pad and appropriate methods. In particular, open materials, arc materials, cantilever materials, and curved shapes should pay attention to the reasonable and useful use of tensile clamp pads.  

4. Pay attention to the stress conditions of small feet, thin teeth, long legs, arc surfaces, inclined surfaces, openings, viewpoints, etc. of profiles with high width-thickness ratio, long overhangs, large arcs, large arcs, large wall thicknesses, and strange shapes, so as to avoid shortcomings such as deformation, twisting, and spiral of the profile part or point scale.

5. Because the wool top has the effect of heat resistance, the aluminum profile with high demand for decorative appearance must be turned up and down more before and after, so as to facilitate uniform heat dissipation and reduce the shortcomings of transverse bright spots that occur due to uneven heat dissipation and different crystallinity, especially for large wide surfaces and thick walls.  

6. In the process of reclaiming, moving and stretching, they should not touch, pull, stack, congest or entangle each other, and a certain interval should be reserved between each other. The aluminum alloy profiles that are easy to twist and turn and the length of the discharge should be disposed of in a timely manner, and the maintenance and disposal of each other should be done if necessary.
