“We’ve been working closely with the Meta AI glasses team for the past few months. The technology wasn’t ready out of the box for the technician and sales workflows we run in automotive, so we’ve been building it to fit how dealerships actually run,” said Douglas Chrystall, Co-Founder and CTO of TruVideo.

TruVideo’s integration with the DMS platforms used across auto and commercial truck dealerships means the transcription from Meta’s AI glasses technology now drops seamlessly into the dealership’s existing processes and through the workflows teams already use.
