Thryv Named to 2026 Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces List

Thryv Holdings, Inc., provider of a leading global, AI-enabled small business marketing platform, announced today it earned a spot on the annual Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces® from the Best Practice Institute. This marks Thryv’s third consecutive year appearing on the prestigious list that recognizes 100 organizations across 40+ industries and six continents where employees report the highest levels of belonging, career advancement and values alignment. Thryv improved its standing from #66 in 2025 to its current spot at #53.

Thryv makes 2026 Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces® list for third consecutive year.

The ranking measures and validates what employees report experiencing across five key areas: how positive employees feel about their future at the company, career achievement, alignment of employer values with employee values, respect at all levels, and collaboration. Additional factors, including diversity and belonging, leadership, and professional development, were also evaluated in relation to these core sentiment drivers.

It’s a testament to the strength of our teams across the U.S., Australia, Canada, the Dominican Republic and New Zealand, and their shared commitment to developing accessible, AI-driven marketing solutions that help small businesses grow.”

Marketing Technology News: Idle data is as good as no data

Now in its fourth year, the Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces list is based on research from BPI’s Love of Workplace Index®, drawing data from more than two million employees worldwide. Companies featured demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to building cultures of trust, respect, purpose, and employee connection, regardless of size, location, or industry.

“Thryv employees are proud to be named a Global Most Loved Workplace, and honestly, so am I,” said Lesley Bolger, EVP, HR & Chief Legal Officer, Thryv. “The collective contributions of our employees fuel our innovation and strengthen our impact on small business customers around the world. Thank you to all Thryv employees who add such positive energy and value to our culture and to our customer experience.”
