Team John Garuti Expands Its Operations By Hiring More Agents

FLORIDA – January 10, 2023 – Team John Garuti, a premier real estate group in Punta Gorda, took pride in announcing that they are taking their operations to the next level. As such, they needed more people to help and hired three new agents to join their team.

Many expert realtors and real estate agents in Punta Gorda applied for the much-coveted position and became a part of the prestigious Team John Garuti. But out of the many, the following were given the opportunity to be part of the company’s day-to-day operations.

Gregory Healing 

Gregory joined Team John Garuti in June of 2022, bringing him decades of successful sales experience. Greg’s passion for real estate and knowledge of the area markets provide his clients with the support needed throughout the home buying/selling process. 

Greg is a Babcock Ranch, FL resident, where you’ll find him on the golf course or out and about with his family. Greg serves Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda in Southwest Florida.

Jonathan McKee

Jonathan McKee joined Team John Garuti in June 2022 and is excited to support you in finding your dream home. John is passionate about real estate and has a unique perspective, having built his first home from the ground up, remodelled it, and then sold it. 

John’s home-building and buying experiences, accompanied by his diverse career experience, passion for real estate, and endless resources, are precisely why you will feel as though you are his only customer. John resides in Babcock Ranch, FL, after relocating from Ohio in 2021. Jonathan serves Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda in Southwest Florida.

Cherilynn Hoffman

Cherilynn joined Team John Garuti in December 2022. She has been in real estate since 2001 as an investor and remodeler. Cherilynn became a Realtor in 2014 and moved to Babcock Ranch, FL, in 2020. Before residing in SW Florida, she lived in Tennessee for 12 years, where her husband served in the Army at Fort Campbell, KY. 

Cherilynn has a love of decorating, staging, organizing, and teaching agents. She is known for helping her buyers get instant equity and for getting top dollar for her sellers. She enjoys making YouTube videos and graphics for social media. Cherilynn serves Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda in Southwest Florida.

Alex Thompson

Alex joined Team John Garuti in January 2023, bringing several years of experience as a loan officer and sales coordinator. In his previous position, Alex was consistently recognized as a top producer. Alex is excited to continue supporting clients on their journey to homeownership and eager to utilize his unique perspective in doing so, having come from the mortgage industry.

Alex is originally from Louisville, Kentucky, and moved to Babcock Ranch, FL, in April 2021. He is an Air Force Veteran whose hobbies include spending time with family and playing piano and drums. Alex serves Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda in Southwest Florida.
