Sweet Briar restaurant uses live-fire cooking techniques for more than just pizza. The menu features sustainably sourced fish and meats prepared using their signature live-fire method.

We also tried the Spicy Mangalista pizza, topped with chili and honey. We had ribs and smoked chicken for our main courses. Their Signature cocktails were a big hit; attention to detail was in every aspect of our dining experience.
