Howes Percival will use NetDocuments’ document automation capabilities across the firm’s templates and processes. This will enable teams to deliver superior legal services faster; for instance, cutting the time to draft power of attorney documents from three hours to just 30 minutes. Additionally, NetDocuments tight integration with Microsoft Teams will support secure client and third-party collaboration on key documents.
“Our employees want tools that are simple to use, foster collaboration, and automate routine tasks, freeing them to apply their legal expertise where it matters most,” said Lee Killner, IT Director at Howes Percival. “Too often, IT teams default to buying new software, creating complexity and distracting from client service. With our new strategy, we’ve taken a step back to lay firm foundations with a tighter stack of core applications. NetDocuments is central to this approach – driving innovation and freeing up our people to deliver real value, ultimately enhancing the service our clients receive.”
