Nativo Expands Executive Leadership Team with Marcus Chan as Senior Vice President and Head of Finance

Chan’s expertise bolsters company’s focus on strategic growth and expansion.

Chan’s extensive expertise in corporate development within the software, media, and advertising spaces strengthens and sharpens Nativo’s plans for strategic growth in both established and new channels and geographies.

Chan is a senior finance executive with experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and investor relations. As SVP and Head of Finance at Nativo, he will lead the company’s finance and accounting organization, partnering with executive leadership to develop strategies that drive growth and financial performance.

Chan’s hiring is a part of a larger executive leadership transformation at Nativo that began with the September 2024 hiring of Michael Lehman as Nativo’s new President. Since then, the company has also welcomed Sam Amiri as Chief Revenue Officer and Gena Schirer as Senior Vice President, Sales – West.

Before joining Nativo, Chan served as Vice President of Finance at Phunware , where he led financial strategy and fundraising efforts, playing a key role in the company’s public market debut and Nasdaq listing. His leadership spans the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), enterprise and advertising technology, and mobile security spaces, with prior finance roles at MobileIron, Silicon Graphics International Corp. (SGI), and Rackable Systems. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in scaling financial operations, optimizing capital structures, and driving strategic initiatives that support long-term business success.
