MoxiWorks Names Finance Veteran Chris Choi as CFO to Drive Next Growth Phase

MoxiWorks, a leading real estate sales and marketing software provider, announced the appointment of Chris Choi as Chief Financial Officer. His leadership will be instrumental in scaling the company’s growth and advancing its financial strategy.

Choi, who joined MoxiWorks on an interim basis earlier this year, brings more than 20 years of experience in helping startups scale efficiently across a variety of industries. His appointment marks a significant milestone for MoxiWorks, as the CFO role becomes a formal, dedicated position for the first time in recent years. It follows MoxiWorks’ recent capital raise and reflects the company’s ongoing momentum and commitment to long-term strategic growth.

“After an extensive search, we found in Chris a leader with deep financial expertise and a proven ability to drive sustainable growth,” said MoxiWorks CEO Eric Elfman. “His strategic insight and operational acumen will help MoxiWorks accelerate our transformation and solidify our position as an industry leader.”

Before joining MoxiWorks, Choi served as CFO of Flash Array, the largest business unit of Pure Storage, a publicly traded data storage company, where he held full P&L responsibility and led key financial initiatives. He also held the CFO position at Rescale, a B2B SaaS company backed by high-profile investors including Jeff BezosSam AltmanRichard Branson, and Peter Thiel, and Shopkick, a mobile MarTech company acquired by Trax Retail. Choi began his career as an investment banker and honed his M&A skills at ING Barings, Lehman Brothers, Lazard, and Barclays Investment Bank.

Choi earned his bachelor’s degree from Sungkyunkwan University and MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
