Morrisville-based software firm Jaggaer names new CEO

CHARLOTTE – Three months after the abrupt departure of its previous CEO, Jim Bureau, Jaggaer has named a new leader.

The Morrisville company, which offers procurement software and has more than 1,100 employees, has named Andy Hovancik CEO.

Hovancik joins the firm after more than a decade as CEO of Sovos Compliance, which deals in tax compliance software.
