Addressing Critical RMN Challenges

Retail media networks have become one of the fastest-growing segments in digital advertising, transforming how brands reach consumers at the point of purchase. RMNs offer a powerful way for retailers and brands to collaborate and drive measurable outcomes. As the market expands, advertisers are juggling fragmented data and siloed networks, while retailers are under pressure to prove the ROI of these programs to retain brand investment. Consolidating media impression data against a consistent 1P ID across onsite and offsite and connecting that to sales online and in-store is critical to delivering the ROI.

MetaRouter has created the data foundation for retail media, supporting multiple use cases:

  • Privacy-safe and consented data collection for marketing and retail media teams
  • Audience targeting onsite/offsite, logged in/out, 30-200% increased match rates to walled gardens & DSPs & enriched by 1P loyalty data for in-store
  • Delivering impression log data on the 1P ID that can be connected to online/in-store sales for attribution and lift calculations

With these strategic leadership appointments and enhanced capabilities, MetaRouter is positioned to become the data infrastructure backbone for the next generation of retail media networks. MetaRouter powers the retail media and marketing data systems for 3 of the top 10 retailers in the US, Allegro the largest marketplace in Eastern Europe, and partners with industry leaders like Google Cloud Platform, addressing the urgent need for standardized measurement and attribution in an increasingly complex retail media landscape.
