MORRISVILLE – Ryan McCurdy, a 23 year veteran executive at Intel, is the new senior vice president for North America at Lenovo.
Vlad Rozanovich, the former executive in that role, was named to an executive position at Lenovo’s infrastructure business in June.
McCury joins Lenovo on Sept. 1. He will report to Matt Zielinski, executive vice president of Lenovo and president of international markets, Lenovo said in Tuesday’s announcement.

“Ryan’s passion for tech and deep expertise across operations, strategy, and major account sales are a perfect fit to lead the North America business and will undoubtedly drive and propel the region to new heights,” Zielinski said in a statement.
At Intel, McCurdy was vice president and general manager of global accounts.
Lenovo, the world’s top PC manufacturer, operates one of its two global headquarters in the Triangle. The other is in Hong Kong.
