London School of Emerging Technology (LSET) Successfully Completed its Team Building Workshop

On 23rd November 2022, the London-based educational institute organised a soft skill development workshop on team building skills. The workshop had the agenda of discussing a variety of topics including improving collaboration and communication to ensure teamwork in their future workspace. 

The participants of the team building workshop learned the importance of recognising human behaviour and different aptitudes in human relations. LSET’s career advisor helped the participants to develop effective business communication skills, coordination skills, and trust to become more effective professionals in modern collaborative workplaces. 

Throughout the workshop, the participants also got the opportunity to ask questions about how collaborative work culture is important in the 21st century. They were also challenged by the speaker to come out of their comfort zone and get more involved with teambuilding activities. This was done by teaching participants about the importance of workplace communication and team interactions. Throughout the workshop, the participants learned a lot about the following; 

• How a team is formed? 

• Elements of a good team

• How great team act? 

• What problems team often encounter? 

• How dysfunctional behaviour can sabotage a team?
