Local Business Owner Tackles Social Norms and Gender Issues With New Book

Monica Ramirez challenges people to reflect on their self worth and understand that the perception we have of ourselves is what is creating our reality.

Many of us do not feel worthy and therefore we feel that we are undeserving of amazing things happening to us. We often envy those around us because we feel that only “Amazing” things are happening for them and to them.

We all have been programmed by the social norms created by our culture, religion, political views, family, education, and the media.

These norms define what our body should look like, the idea of gender roles, even what the idea of a successful person is. Creating the norms to be a cookie cutter life. When in reality this is insane because we all are different. We all have different needs and desires. What works for someone does not necessarily work for everybody.

Those limitations force us to feel the pressure to conform to what is socially acceptable. This creates a blockage for one and keeps them from achieving the life that we want because it does not fit within the social norm.

It has not to do with values or morals; but fears, traumas, and worthiness.

Too much power is given to what others think or want from us, and we tend to diminish our own power.

Transformation in Metamorphosis touches on the programs that have blocked us from achieving what we want. Find who you are without having to sacrifice your happiness, with the application of practical exercises you too can transform yourself into a completely different person than you were before.

Traumas and limitations had her physically, mentally, and spiritually sick. Battling an immune disease and weakened system, caused her to fall into depression. Dependent on pills to control her illnesses. She needed to do something to change the terrible course that her life had taken. After doing some deep inner work described in this book, Ramirez healed herself.

Forgiving herself for the past that held her in bondage led her to develop a newfound love and vigor for life.

Monica Ramirez has made it her mission to help others. Through many studies and certifications she has developed a system to help us as she helped herself and has already helped hundreds through her life coaching.

Her book is a token of her love dedicated to each on of us that finds ourselves lost with the trauma and limitations.
