Jennie Segar’s Books Are Helping Children Improve Their Grades At School Without Doing More Studying

Jennie Segar has delved deep into ways to help improve children’s cognitive abilities without the need for extra academic study sessions – using musical instruments, yoga, and even different foods. These proven methods are designed to help children grow their skills in a positive, enjoyable and engaging way.

Everyone wants their children to succeed, and they’ll do everything they can to help them. Often, when parents realize their children are struggling, it’s already causing issues with their grades and performance at school. The solution is often thought to be to make the child study more and commit to additional hours of schoolwork. Instead of encouraging and helping the child, this often leads to frustration and a long term dislike of school and learning.

Jennie Segar’s book, “Maximise Your Child’s Performance,” teaches parents how to make it easier for children to learn naturally, by improving cognitive skills with activities they are more inclined to enjoy and participate in.

Maximise Your Child’s Performance

Jennie Segar of Jennie Segar Tutoring wrote “Maximise Your Child’s Performance” based on proven ways to improve a child’s cognitive skills and abilities. She discusses how activities such as playing a musical instrument, learning karate, or participating in yoga can utilize and stimulate parts of the brain that a child may not typically use with their daily activities.

The book includes games parents can play with their children that encourage better school performance. Toys like blocks for young children have been proven to help them with their math skills when they are in school.

Shared reading expands a child’s vocabulary and helps with their literary proficiency when they’re older. Segar even goes into how certain foods benefit the mind, how having a pet helps a child develop their emotions, and general behavioral advice.

Maximise Your Child’s Happiness

Segar will soon release the sequel to her first book, focusing on a child’s emotional well-being. From teaching children how to deal with bullies at school to their overall happiness and to their relationships with others, Segar tackles these often tricky topics in a way that will make sense and help a parent make a real game plan to help their children.
