Ironclad Announces Strategic Partnership with Harvey

The new partnership will connect Ironclad’s leading AI CLM with Harvey’s advanced legal AI to accelerate legal workflows for mutual customers

Ironclad, the leading AI contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform, announced it has entered into a strategic partnership with Harvey, the company building domain-specific AI for legal and professional services. The two companies, who share mutual customers, will begin working together to develop solutions to capitalize on the power that each platform provides.

Harvey, a leader in advanced legal research and reasoning, is partnering with Ironclad to explore a more seamless way to turn legal insights into action through Ironclad’s intelligent, automated contract workflows. For example, Harvey can surface company positions impacted by regulatory shifts or business model changes. Ironclad then enables legal teams to operationalize those findings by changing templates or generating amendments, routing them through the approval and negotiation process and tracking new obligations and commitments throughout the contract lifecycle. The goal of this partnership is to empower legal teams to execute faster and with greater confidence in managing legal risk.

This partnership will unlock tremendous value for our customers.”

“Ironclad has set a high bar for how modern legal teams manage contracts,” said Winston Weinberg, CEO and Co-founder of Harvey, who is a customer of Ironclad. “We’re excited to reimagine the legal stack for the AI era and provide our mutual customers with an integrated solution that leverages the best of both platforms.”
