Industry-Leading Email Signature Platform Crossware Is Now Available Through Ingram Micro’s Xvantage Platform as Part of the Microsoft Marketplace Private Offers

Crossware, a global leader in enterprise-grade email signature management, announced an expanded agreement with Ingram Micro, a leading technology company in the global information technology ecosystem. The relationship that broadens the availability of the Crossware Email Signature for Microsoft 365 for Cloud Solutions Providers (CSPs) across North America.

This announcement is part of Crossware’s planned expansion across the North American market, following rapid growth across the European Union (EU) and Asia-Pacific over the past five years, where it is utilized by organizations ranging from start-ups to government departments.

Crossware’s growth is being driven by demand from the private and public sectors for seamless centralized email governance and marketing capabilities within their existing Microsoft 365 environments, with the group now processing more than five million emails a day.

For Crossware Managing Director Troy Adams, the agreement with Ingram Micro will allow Crossware and Ingram Micro’s mutual CSPs to better meet the growing demand in North America for turnkey email signature management and deployment.

“Our long-term relationship with Ingram Micro has always been focused on empowering their customers with robust and scalable technology solutions,” said Adams.

“By making Crossware available through Microsoft Private Offers within Ingram Micro’s Xvantage platform, we are removing the deployment and procurement boundaries for MSPs, which is a core focus for us as we grow our presence in the North American market. Channel partners can now instantly provision a centralized email signature framework that secures corporate compliance and unlocks a powerful marketing channel across their entire Microsoft 365 user base.”

The solution is fully integrated into the Ingram Micro Xvantage platform, utilizing Microsoft Marketplace Private Offers, allowing Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and resellers to seamlessly add centralized email governance and marketing capabilities to their customers’ existing Microsoft 365 environments.

Building on a powerful relationship established in 2019, this deeper ecosystem integration addresses the growing market demand for consolidated cloud procurement.

Crossware Email Signature addresses five major challenges organizations face with business email communications:

  • Brand Consistency: Ensures every employee email reflects a consistent and professional company identity, regardless of device, operating system, or email client used.
  • Legal & Compliance Protection: Automatically applies required legal disclaimers and compliance messaging to every outbound email.
  • Marketing & Campaign Management: Transforms email signatures into a centrally managed marketing channel using promotional banners, campaigns, and dynamic messaging.
  • Centralized Administration: Eliminates the manual and error-prone process of updating signatures individually across users by providing a single central management platform.
  • Cross-Device Rendering: Ensures signatures display correctly across Outlook desktop, Outlook Web, Mac, mobile devices, and other email clients for a seamless brand experience.

“By integrating Crossware into Xvantage’s cloud marketplace, we are expanding the scope of value-added services available to our growing CSP partner network,” Rang said.
