The Company commenced the mailing of the Circular and related materials for the meeting to HIVE’s shareholders today on November 7, 2023.

HIVE will hold its meeting on November 29, 2023, at 11:00 am (Pacific Time) at Suite 710, 580 Hornby Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 3B6.
