HEALWELL Files Amended Business Acquisition Report
Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – October 24, 2025) – HEALWELL AI Inc. (TSX: AIDX) (OTCQX: HWAIF) (“HEALWELL” or the “Company“), a healthcare artificial intelligence company focused on preventative care, announces it has filed an amended and restated business acquisition report dated October 24, 2025 (the “Amended BAR“), relating to HEALWELL’s acquisition of Orion Health Holdings Limited which closed on April 1, 2025. The Amended BAR replaces and supersedes the previous business acquisition report of HEALWELL filed on June 30, 2025.
The Company filed the Amended BAR to update the audit report to reflect an administrative change that the audit report is prepared in compliance with the International Standards on Auditing (“ISA“)
