Ghostwriting Squad Partners with Sweetwater Writers Collective’s to Support Emerging Authors

Houston, TX – August 28, 2026 – Ghostwriting Squad, the full-service book writing and publishing firm, today announced a new partnership with Sweetwater Writers, an organization dedicated to supporting underrepresented writers, advancing literacy and storytelling education.

Through the partnership, Sweetwater Writers Collective’s members will gain access to discounted editorial services, mentorship sessions with Ghostwriting Squad’s editorial team, and a scholarship for one debut author per year. The collaboration is designed to lower the barriers that often keep first-time writers from finishing, and publishing, their first book.

“A lot of people who have a book in them never get past the first chapter, not because the idea isn’t good, but because they don’t know where to start or who to trust,” said Nick Anderson, Senior Publishing Consultant at Ghostwriting Squad. “Partnering with Sweetwater Writers Collective lets us reach writers earlier, before they’ve given up on the idea altogether.”

The partnership officially begins October 01, 2026, with the first cohort of supported writers expected to begin their projects in Winter of 2026/07.
