Additionally, Five9 announced it has achieved Department of Telecommunications (DOT) Unified License (Virtual Network Operator) (UL VNO) licensing to provide Access Services, National Long Distance and International Long Distance in India. This allows Five9 to partner with local carriers and ISPs, to offer both telephony and network connectivity within the region powering next-generation customer experience.
