FINSIGHT Acquires T-REX to Drive the Next Generation Cashflow Analytics Solution for the Global Private Credit and Structured Finance Industries

The acquisition expands FINSIGHT’s industry-leading structured finance transaction services and market data solutions with T-REX’s innovative collateral and cashflow modeling engines.

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Finsight Group Inc. (“FINSIGHT”), a financial technology company that serves thousands of the world’s leading corporate issuers, investment banks and institutional investors, today announced the acquisition of T-REX, a cloud-native platform engineered to accurately model and manage the most complex investments across private credit, structured credit, and project finance. Along with the acquisition, FINSIGHT is excited to welcome Benjamin Cohen, T-REX Founder and CEO, Arad Shaiber, CTO, as well as key T-REX talent across the U.S. and Tel Aviv.

The transaction closed on Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
