Federman & Sherwood Investigates Kisco Senior Living, LLC for Data Breach

OKLAHOMA CITY–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#FedermanSherwood–The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Kisco Senior Living, LLC with respect to their recent data breach. On June 6, 2023, Kisco experienced a network disruption and immediately took steps to secure its network environment and engaged cybersecurity experts to conduct an investigation to determine what happened. The investigation determined that certain files may have been acquired without authorization on or about June 6, 2023. After a thorough review of the impacted data, on April 10, 2024, Kisco confirmed that certain personal information may have been involved that includes the following: individuals’ name and Social Security number.
