DURHAM – InnovationForce, Inc. of Durham recently disclosed more than $50,000 in initial funding. The SEC filing reported four investors thus far. The company is aiming to raise an additional $447,500 in this round.
In April the company announced the release of an AI-powered SaaS platform in partnership with Dr. Linda Hill’s innovation consulting firm Paradox Strategies. The new tool aims to provide “dashboards” for innovative ideas, previewing issues and risks for company insights. According to the website the platform, which is called “InnovationWorks,” is built on 30 years of data from more than 100 organizations to provide insights on “cultural factors such as inclusivity, creative abrasion, and psychological safety.”

The company is currently a part of the Incubatenergy Network Labs for 2023 and recently pitched at the Cleantech Leaders Roundtable Pitch Showcase in Boston, MA.
Founded in 2021, this is the company’s first public funding disclosure. The filing discloses that funds will be used for “working capital, which may include normal compensation to executive officers.”
