Dr. Mabry, a nationally recognized expert in trauma-informed care and community-based wellness, brings a proven record of innovative leadership to the board. She is widely known for authoring the $1.3 million Co-Responder Grant at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, which established the first rural, multi-agency co-responder model in the nation.
