Cepa Evleri Incek project is being implemented in Incek, one of the developing regions of Ankara, Türkiye. There are a total of 188 flats in the project, which consists of 2 vertical and 2 horizontal blocks. There are 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, and 5+1 flats in the project, which consists of 24 floors of vertical blocks and 4 floors of horizontal blocks. In the Cepa Evleri İncek project, the size of the residences varies between 70 square meters and 255 square meters. The project draws attention with its social facilities, including children’s playgrounds, an indoor swimming pool, fitness, green areas, and an outdoor sports area. At the same time, there is 24-hour security and indoor parking in the project.
A residential intercom system enables seamless visitor entry management, instant communication, and centralized monitoring for simplified access control and enhanced security. Cepa Evleri Incek project turned to DNAKE IP Intercom Solutions for an automated system covering all locations for 188 flats.

With DNAKE intercom installed at the main entrance, security room, and apartments, the residential buildings now have complete 24/7 visual and audio coverage of each location. The door station gives residents the ability to control and monitor access to the building directly from their indoor monitor or smartphone, enabling complete management of their building’s entry access.
DNAKE master station placed in the security room enables security personnel to watch over the building entrance remotely, answer the call from the door station/indoor monitor, and get notified in case of emergencies, etc.
To enhance security and accessibility around its recreational facilities, the residential community had DNAKE compact door station at the entrance to the pool area and fitness center. The easy-to-use panel allows residents to unlock the door by IC card or PIN code.
Seeking an enhanced intercom solution, the project outfitted each apartment with DNAKE 7’’ Linux-based indoor monitors to pair with the door stations installed at the unit entrance. The indoor monitor featuring a 7’’ touchscreen provides residents with crystal-clear two-way video communication, remote door unlocking, real-time monitoring, alarm controls, etc.
