Digi International to Release First Fiscal Quarter 2024 Earnings Results on January 31, 2024 and Host a Conference Call on February 1, 2024

HOPKINS, Minn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Digi International® Inc. (NASDAQ: DGII) will release its financial results for the first fiscal quarter 2024 on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, after market close. This is a change from publishing our earnings release the same morning as our earnings conference call. Ron Konezny, CEO, and Jamie Loch, CFO, will host a conference call the following morning, February 1, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. ET, to briefly discuss the results and will take questions and provide answers.
