PORTLAND, OREGON – The Dawn Cordiner Real Estate Group, a premier real estate company in Portland, has successfully ended 2022 with a bang. Despite the challenging shifts in the real estate market in 2022, Dawn Cordiner Real Estate Group gained significant momentum in its operations.

Managing broker, Dawn Cordiner effectively led her team in 2022 resulting in significant transactions for the group. Cordiner’s top priority as a leader in 2022 was to provide a consistent, and transparent top-notch service to each of her current or potential clients. 

As part of its efforts to engage the real estate market in the region, Dawn Cordiner Real Estate Group is pleased to announce that Anhelina Feitser joins the group as Director of Operations. The hiring of Feitser provides additional structure and team organization that will take Dawn Cordiner Real Estate Groups’ operations to the next level. Additionally, Cordiner welcomes Brokers Dominique Hofmann and Amber Whiteman to the team. The addition of two brokers will allow the group to serve a growing client base. 

As the team embarks on 2023, Dawn Cordiner Real Estate Group plans to grow the team by hiring up to 25 agents. Furthermore, it is committed to helping 500 families with home ownership and ensuring they get the properties they deserve and best suit their budgets.
