CI&T Launches Business Builders and Debuts its New Agentic Enterprise Reinvention Offering

CI&T, a global AI deployment partner for tech-integrated business solutions, announces the creation of CI&T Business Builders, a new unit dedicated to helping established companies address challenges of competitiveness, relevance, and perpetuity in a world redefined by artificial intelligence.

The initiative marks a new move in how CI&T approaches AI deployment, expanding its ability to combine business strategy, technology, artificial intelligence, and organizational transformation to generate concrete, immediate impact on its clients’ most critical challenges.

Led by Paula Englert, Global Chief Business Strategy Officer at CI&T and CEO of Box1824, and Fernando Ostanelli, Chief AI Reinvention Officer at CI&T, the unit debuts with Agentic Enterprise Reinvention, a new offering created to help established companies evolve their core business processes and reinvent the way they operate, compete, deliver experiences, and create value in the age of artificial intelligence.
