Bloomreach, the platform fueling limitless ecommerce personalization, announced a new set of partner-specific features to accelerate integrations with its next generation of AI search and merchandising platform, Bloomreach Discovery. Through these self-service capabilities, Bloomreach partners will be able to streamline implementations, remove reliance on technical support, and ultimately, strengthen customer engagement.

  • API-based Self-Service Catalog Management: empowers users to manage their catalogs programmatically using APIs, without the need for manual intervention. Developers can create, update, and configure catalog settings, providing a more flexible and scalable approach to catalog management.
  • API Key Management: simplifies the management of Bloomreach Discovery modules by providing a centralized system for generating, managing, and securing API keys.
  • Self-Service Feed and Indexing: enables users to upload and index their product data without needing help from Bloomreach’s support team. It also gives customers more control over their search settings and more responsive search experiences that are tailored to their needs.
  • Discovery Web Typescript SDK: streamlines the integration of Bloomreach search features onto websites for front-end developers. Through prebuilt UI components and tools, technical users will experience a faster implementation and a smoother development experience.
