The Generate presentation feature in Acrobat leverage PDF Spaces — an AI-powered knowledge hub that lets people uncover actionable insights from files and links — together with AI Assistant and the quick and easy content creation capabilities of Adobe Express to enable everyone to transform documents into presentations in minutes. For example, a sales professional can ask AI to pull the most compelling information from a collection of different PDFs, decks and web pages and create an editable outline and presentation from their documents. A finance team can collaborate on a winning end-of-quarter report without having to turn to their colleagues in the creative department to drop what they’re doing to design the visuals. A professor can turn the lecture they’ve written out into a full visual experience that captures their students’ attention.
The new feature taps into the full range of intuitive tools, AI and massive library of assets in Express to make creating presentations fast and easy for everyone. Express surfaces professional slide designs to choose from and generates a draft deck that’s fully editable, in seconds. With the Generate podcast feature, simply pull documents or weblinks into a PDF Space in Acrobat and ask AI to summarize the information into an engaging audio file to get up to speed quickly or digest complex information more effectively from anywhere. For example, a market analyst can bring multiple research reports into a PDF Space and summarize them in a podcast. Instead of having to pore over the reports at a desk, they can listen to a personal podcast while commuting, walking the dog or working out.
New enhanced collaboration features in Acrobat PDF Spaces now make it possible to invite others to add files, leave notes or gather comments on projects, helping accelerate understanding and ensuring every project drives fast, clear decisions.
