Acceleware Selected to Participate in Trade Mission to Australia and Indonesia

Calgary, Alberta–(Newsfile Corp. – April 1, 2026) – Acceleware Ltd. (TSXV: AXE) (“Acceleware” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has been selected to participate in the Canadian Cleantech for Mining Mission to Australia and Indonesia, taking place from May 4 to May 13, 2026.

The mission is led by the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP), Global Affairs Canada’s Trade Commissioner Service (TCS), and Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED). Acceleware will join the cohort of Canadian companies advancing innovative, low carbon technologies for the global mining sector.

“This mission is a strong fit for Acceleware as the mining challenges being prioritized include energy efficiency, emissions reduction, and deployment in remote and complex environments. These areas are exactly where we expect our RF power-to-heat technology to deliver significant value,” said Mike Tourigny, COO of Acceleware. “Our technology offers an entirely new method of mine-scale heating that can also increase critical mineral production – a major challenge facing the industry today.”

The opportunity to engage directly with mine operators and partners in Australia and Indonesia could serve to accelerate commercialization of solutions in global markets. The mission program includes participation in the Global Resources Innovation Expo (GRX26) in Perth, Australia. This international event brings together industry leaders in the mining equipment, technology and services sectors. Acceleware will take part in government and industry briefings, tailored business to-business meetings, networking events, company presentations, and site visits. The program will continue in Jakarta, Indonesia where the Company will engage with key Indonesian stakeholders through curated meetings, industry briefings, and networking sessions.

About Acceleware: Acceleware is an advanced electromagnetic (EM) heating technology company offering proprietary radio frequency (RF) power-to-heat solutions that increase production, reduce energy consumption and lower operating costs in large-scale industrial heating.

Its core innovation, the Clean Tech Inverter (CTI), is field-proven through an initial commercial-scale pilot of RF XL, Acceleware’s thermal enhanced oil recovery technology designed to increase heavy oil production.

Acceleware is leveraging CTI expertise across sectors to increase production and reduce energy consumption. Three mining projects are underway with major operators, while an amine regeneration project is also in progress.

Acceleware is publicly listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol AXE.

Neither the TSXV nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSXV) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
